I still think it takes a certain amount of persistence to really get into &lt;b&gt;Sandman&lt;/b&gt;, though.  If you can come in in the middle and then read the earlier stuff, maybe that&#039;s easier.</description>

		<description>Ah, but you did turn me on to &lt;b&gt;The Sandman&lt;/b&gt;... I think that I actually enjoyed &lt;i&gt;Dream Country&lt;/i&gt; the most, particularly &quot;A Midsummer Night&#039;s Dream&quot;.

Between Gaiman and Sim&#039;s &lt;b&gt;Cerebus&lt;/b&gt; though, I admit that my re-introduction to comics was probably a bit unusual.
